Our Retreat Elements

Fitness strength training

Our Bootcamp workouts can vary and we tailor to all fitness levels. We will include a mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements within each session. The workout is essentially interval training with bursts of intense moves, alternated with intervals of lighter activity and core work.

Yoga and Mindset

Yoga & Mindset

Experience a harmony of stretches, yoga, mobility exercises, breathwork, and mindful meditations in our sessions. Unwind and release tension as you engage in movements and intentional breathwork that invigorates your body and calms your mind.

Aqua Fit

Aqua Fit

AquaFit is a pool-based HIIT class, including strength and cardio elements. You do not need to know how to swim for aquafit. A perfect low-impact option for your joints.
