I’m Elisabeth, a certified breathwork, yoga/slöga, and mindset coach. As a mama and an expat, I know firsthand the challenges of finding balance in life. That’s why I’m passionate about helping busy individuals like you reach their body goals by working from the inside out.

I understand that life can get overwhelming, and it can be tough juggling day-to-day stressors. When you have the right tools and guidance, it becomes much easier to thrive in daily life and achieve your greatest potential.

Every aspect of the body is connected, so I incorporate breathwork, yoga, and mindset practices into my training programs to support overall health and well-being.

I have been with K2Fit since 2019, originally focusing on yoga before discovering my passion for strength and recovery training (known as Slöga within K2Fit). Certified and experienced, I began teaching group training classes in Sweden, earning a reputation for my unwavering commitment to helping individuals understand their relationship with food.
