"I lost 30 kgs! Now it’s my new way of life.”

 

I had tried all the diets before and I kept roller coasting up and down with my weight. I would cut all the carbs, the fats, whatever the diet said, I did it. But I couldn’t live so restrictive my whole life! Then every time I stopped a diet, I would gain the weight back and gain even more.

 

I suffered in many ways to lose weight then always failed in the end because it was too hard. Then I met Kara and started doing 1-on-1 sessions with her first. This got me on track, but I didn’t see much progress because I was still eating way too much junk food. Junk food… ‘this is heaven’ food that I’ve adored eating since I was a baby.

 

Honestly, I know I complained at first. Because it’s hard to just shift all your habits and it was really hard to control myself from not eating junk food daily.

 

I started to follow the meal plan provided, which I called ‘rabbit food’.

 

That first week was tough; exchanging that pizza, McDonald’s and other daily junk food to a healthier diet was really challenging. I knew I had to continue if I wanted to change my body.”

 

I looked at the others in the program, what they had achieved, and that motivated me! I wanted those results too. This encouraged me and inspired me to keep going and to keep pushing so I could see massive changes too.
Kara kept pushing me and kept following up frequently to make sure I was on track. After 10 days, I started to like this kind of eating, this kind of habit. Even though they were healthy, they tasted great and I couldn’t return to the food I used to eat.
The training plan was tough at the beginning, but after just a few weeks of being consistent with it, I was really shocked and amazed at the amount my body could do! How my body could go on and how strong I was when I pushed it beyond what I thought was my limits. I didn’t give up when it was hard though, I dug deep and proved to myself that I can become the strong man I wanted to be.
I kept improving day by day, and I started to notice changes which helped me push even harder. When I started my fitness journey, I could barely finish 5 minutes on the treadmill without falling off exhausted. Now I can finish 40 minutes easy peasy, and so much MORE!
I bought a whole new wardrobe because all my old clothes have become unwearable! I feel like I’m a totally new man! Kara showed me how to balance my food along with the workouts, and now I know how to maintain my weight loss.

After working with Kara and the K2Fit Challenge, I lost 30 kgs! Kara’s coaching along with the challenges make it easy and doable, and now it’s my new way of life.
