“K2Fit is now a lifestyle”

 

After having three kids, I developed a parting of the belly muscles which made me look pregnant. I tried to get rid of my belly, but nothing worked. I joined my first 10-week challenge in March 2021. I liked the set up with weekly workouts, meal plans and recipes. Also, only 30min/day was needed to get results.

 

At first I thought the community group was a bit cheesy… Who wanted to see a picture of sweaty me? But then I looked forward to getting the notifications. They inspired me to do my own workout.

 

After about three weeks I noticed my biceps were more defined, and my tummy was slowly melting away. I was finally confident enough to wear a bikini again! I kept on working out almost every day, and now it feels like a lifestyle.
