Meet Muriel

“I cried when the scale finally went under 80kg.”

 

One of my colleagues kept telling me to join K2Fit and sent me the K2Fit story of Misty and how she improved her life. I got so inspired that I started following the K2Fit brand, then in 2018, I decided to join K2Fit – Season 8. Doing K2Fit has pushed me to think about what I consider to be healthy. Over the last two years I have learned a lot about healthier habits in general, especially my eating habits (yes this is a habit that I still struggle with) and sleeping – I had to learn how to go to bed at a decent hour, I used to survive on sleeping 3-6 hours a night and lastly exercising.

 

During K2Fit season 11, I realised that living a healthy balanced life should be consistent, so I decided to work on eating healthier every day, every meal and try and stay healthy – seeing food as fuel instead of good or bad food and this made me look at food differently. It’s still a struggle, but I keep telling myself that I am a work in progress, so I try to improve my food choices, my eating times by eating more regularly and just staying healthy. I push myself to adhere to my alarm by going to bed at a decent hour – improvement. I love exercising and often push myself but what I love about K2Fit is that I am being kept accountable, so I don’t just do it, I share it – I love sharing with the community!

 

K2Fit has changed my life. I need to thank so many people for their support – Coach Kara and the K2Fit team, including Robert and Jingjing, the Cast-A-Weighs, and my family, who always support me through all my crazy ventures – I mean exercises
