I heard about the K2Fit Challenge through friends and decided to join. Unfortunately, I got sick in the beginning of my first challenge, but I wasn’t giving up on me or my health!


I joined again and in my second challenge, I worked out hard, changed my diet and saw differences – especially in my abdomen! I felt really good with the changes and I ended up coming second place in the men’s Fat Loss category.


In my third challenge, I put in more effort and got back to being consistent. I went to the gym 6 times a week. I found that I worked out better when I had a friend to train with. My friend needed some help with form and advice on how to do the challenge exercises, so I helped him train as we worked out together.

I realised that I enjoyed helping people exercise. I first started to love training myself, and then training others.


On my fourth challenge, Coach Kara asked me to lead a team! I was excited to become a K2Fit team captain and through that opportunity, I helped lead team workouts and bootcamp classes.
Being the team captain for the challenge helped me be accountable for not only myself, but for the people in my group. I enjoyed motivating people to be healthy and seeing their results helped to motivate me as well.


The journey to become my healthiest self has become so much more! K2Fit helped me improve myself, live a healthier lifestyle and want to help inspire others to do the same. I look forward to the next K2Fit Challenge and I hope you join my team!
