“I didn’t believe online fitness training could work. Now I know it does!”


When I first joined the 10-week Challenge spring 2019, I must admit that I was very sceptic to the online programming/coaching. I am a relationship person and my experience in gym training is face-to-face with PT coaches and I believed that was the only way to do it. However, I placed 3rd in 40+ that first season and that was a huge and surprising win for me!


What hit me the most with K2Fit was the community part and the accountability and engagement people get when included in the team spirit. I think that this is the core of people’s results and it was so cool to see team members succeed with their goals (including myself) and being surprised of their effort and own journey.


This season I aimed for goals that was very high to me. To do the Muscle Up category has been mentally as well as physically very demanding, in times of an upside down world situation as well. I wouldn’t have succeeded this much if it wasn’t for the huge support of Coach Kara and my amazing team. I am still surprised I made it and I am very happy that I kept on believing in myself and that I stuck to muscle up goals during all those hard and extra challenging days.


I am so grateful that I joined K2Fit. To be a part of people’s journeys and see them becoming a better version of themselves is amazing! Work hard, have fun, feel the support and enjoy the ride! That’s what K2Fit is all about!
